Dear Guest,

Thank you for choosing to stay at ‘Casita Punena’. My name is Senor Ramon and my wife is Senora Elvira. I am the Pastor of a small Baptist church in Puno. However we are also focusing on 3 projects here to help needy children. We have a small Soup Kitchen,a small Nursery school and a Day Care Centre for babies. We make a very small charge for these as we want to provide a service to the families that don’t have enough to pay for food or schooling. This does not cover the overheads and we do this work voluntarily. We love the people from this area and as well would like to reach out to more and especially to the kids that need so much attention.

Our goal is to bring support and the love of God to the children. In any way possible we strive to bring change and betterment to their lives.

Thank you for helping in providing what is needed in the lives of these kids.

I hope you enjoy your stay here with us. We are a small family and we will do all we can so that you have a comfortable stay.

• We will provide you with keys to the house.
• We will make sure you have what you need for your stay here.
• In the mornings we will provide you with a simple Breakfast.
• There is a toaster so that you can have toast too in the mornings.
• If you want we can give you a knock on your door in the mornings if you need to be woken up at a certain time.
• Please feel free to use the phone, but preferably with a phone card that we can send for in the shop. This is because we don’t always have credit on our phone.
• We are very sorry, as yet we have not connected the shower, but in time with income we will make this happen. But we will provide you with hot water and a basin for you needs.
• There will always be a jug of cool boiled water for you on the kitchen table.
• Please refrain from drinking alcohol in the house as we don’t want the kids to be exposed to it. Sorry for this inconvenience.
• But be assured we will do our very best to make your stay here comfortable and smooth so that you have a good trip here in Puno.
• If you want we can wash your clothes for a small fee.
